This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of YNY International Inc. (“YNY International”, "us", "we", or "our") with respect to information we collect both online (through ynyinternational.com and other web site(s) operated by or for YNY International Inc. (collectively, "YNY International Sites")), and in connection with your use of YNY International Inc.'s wireless network service (the "YNY International Network"). YNY International Inc. respects your right to privacy. We appreciate that you care about how your information is collected, used, and shared.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By interacting with YNY International Sites and the YNY International Network you consent to the information that is collected or submitted as described in this privacy policy.
What Information Do We Collect?
We may collect personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that you provide to us, such as when you purchase, renew, or modify your YNY International customer account(s), make a purchase in our store or on YNY International Sites, access YNY International Sites, participate in surveys or contests, or communicate with us for any reason. The types of Personal Information that we may collect from you may include your name, social network accounts, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth or age, driver's license number, credit card account information, mobile device information, profile pictures, purchase/return/cancellation information, and/or how you use the YNY International Site.
We and our services use cookies, web beacons, and similar technology to receive and store certain information whenever you interact with the YNY International Sites and the YNY International Network through your computer or mobile device. While you may have the opportunity to control the use of cookies through your web browser, we do not otherwise currently respond to web browser "do not track" signals. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this privacy policy.
Finally, we may also, in certain circumstances, combine the Personal Information we collect with the non– personal information we collect. For example, when you use a YNY International Site, we may combine the non– personal information we collect with your email address.
YNY International Wi-fi: If you do not want non– personal information collected from your mobile device through the YNY International Network, you should not agree to use any WiFi network provided by YNY International. After agreeing to use a wireless network provided by YNY International, you can still stop the collection of non– personal information through the YNY International Network by changing your mobile device settings to disassociate from the wireless network provided by YNY International. If you elect not to use the YNY International Network, you may be unable to take advantage of mobile coupons or other offers provided through the YNY International Network.
How Do We Use Your Information?
Like many wholesalers, the information we collect is generally used to:
- Process your orders, payment and return transactions
- Respond to requests for information about products and services
- Connect with you regarding our guest services via our contact center, internet chat platform, or on social media
- Deliver promotional offers, newsletters, emails and social media notifications
- Provide interactive features on the YNY International Sites or YNY International Network
- Improve the operation of the YNY International Sites or YNY International Network;

Do We Share Your Information With Third Parties?
YNY International does not share your Personal Information with third parties, except under the limited circumstances explained below.
Service Providers: YNY International will not share your Personal Information with service providers who may provide operational or other support services to our customers, or who perform certain functions on our behalf, unless the information is necessary for said Service Providers to complete their functions. Examples of such functions include processing payments, processing rebates, distributing emails, conducting research, shipping orders, and/or providing fraud protection services.
Other Disclosures: YNY International will not share your Personal Information unless YNY International believes, in good faith that such disclosure is: (a) authorized by law or necessary to comply with a legal process; (b) required in response to legal claims; (c) necessary to protect personal safety, property or other rights of YNY International and its customers or employees; or (d) an integral part of a sale of all or part of our business, including assets, merger or reorganization.
Is My Information Secure?
YNY International is committed to maintaining the security of information under our control. As a means of preventing unauthorized access, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring correct use of information, there are administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. Any information collected on a YNY International Site is located on a secure server located behind a firewall and is not directly connected to the Internet. YNY International employs Secure Socket Layer software and password protection procedures to safeguard Personal Information collected.
Information About Children Under 18
The YNY International Sites are general audience web sites and are not targeted to children under 18 years of age. YNY International does not knowingly collect or store personal information of children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have any personal information about a child under the age of 18, we will delete that information.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
